CALL FOR PAPERS

The Department of Religious Studies invite abstract submissions for their annual research conference on Religion. We welcome research on any religious tradition and any time period. Papers should not promote the perspective of any particular religious group, but take an academic approach to analyze religious traditions, texts, practices and beliefs.

Proposals should include a titles, an abstract of about 200 words that clearly states the paper’s topic and argument, and the presenter’s name, school and year of study. Proposals must be submitted online as PDF documents. All presenters are required to have a faculty sponsor from their home department.

Deadline for submission is March 23rd 018 by 5:00 PM. Students will be notified of their acceptance by April 2 2018.

Presenters will be chosen through a competitive selection process.
